📄 Travel Itinerary Template for Word

A travel itinerary template that becomes a Microsoft Word table in a few steps: click “Copy for Google Sheets” (it's tab-separated text, which Word reads too), paste into Word, select the pasted lines, then Insert → Table → Convert Text to Table with “Separate text at: Tabs”. Or download the CSV, open it in Excel, and paste the cells into Word. Or just print this page.

Travel Itinerary Template for Word FAQ

How do I turn this into a Word table?

Click “Copy for Google Sheets” — the clipboard holds tab-separated text. Paste into Word, select the pasted lines, then Insert → Table → Convert Text to Table and choose Tabs under “Separate text at”. Word builds the table with one column per tab. Set the table to AutoFit Window if it runs off the page.

Why isn't there a .docx download?

Tab-separated text and CSV open in every version of Word, plus Pages and LibreOffice, with no macro warnings. Once the table is in Word, File → Save As gives you a .docx with Word's own table styles, headers, and page setup — better than a generic file we'd generate.

Will it print on one page?

Six columns fit comfortably in landscape: Layout → Orientation → Landscape before you paste. For a quick copy without Word at all, click Print / Save as PDF on this page — the print layout drops everything except the table.
