💒 Wedding Itinerary Template

A wedding itinerary template that covers the whole weekend — rehearsal, wedding day from hair and makeup to send-off, and the farewell brunch — with a Who column so guests and the wedding party each know which rows are theirs. Print it for welcome bags, download it for Excel or Google Sheets, or edit it in the builder.

Wedding Itinerary FAQ

What's the difference between a wedding itinerary and a day-of timeline?

The itinerary is the whole weekend for guests and the wedding party: what's happening, where, and who needs to be there. The day-of timeline is the minute-by-minute version for vendors. Build the weekend here, then duplicate it in the builder and strip it down to wedding-day rows for the planner, photographer, and DJ.

How much time between the ceremony and the reception?

A 60–90 minute cocktail hour covers family photos without guests noticing the wait. If the ceremony and reception are at different venues, add the drive time plus a 15-minute buffer — shuttles never leave on time.

Should we give this to guests?

Yes. Print it for welcome bags or hotel room drops, or share a link. Guests mostly need three things: when to arrive, when the shuttle leaves, and what to wear — add a Dress code column in the builder if the events differ.
