🥂 Bachelorette Itinerary Template

A bachelorette itinerary template for a Friday-to-Sunday weekend with one organizer per row, so the maid of honor isn't running everything alone. Print it for the welcome bags, download it for Excel or Google Sheets, or share a link with the group from the builder.

Bachelorette Itinerary FAQ

Who should own the itinerary?

The maid of honor owns the sheet, but every row has one name in “Who's on it”. Booking, paying the deposit, and herding the group to the next stop are three different jobs — spread them so one person isn't doing all of it at midnight.

How do we split the costs?

Add a “Cost / person” column in the builder and track payments in Venmo or Splitwise. In the US the bride usually doesn't pay for her own weekend, so divide her share among the rest of the group up front and say so in the group chat.

How much should we schedule?

One anchor activity per half-day and a loose Saturday afternoon is the pace that survives a late Friday night. Anything that takes a group of ten — dinner, a party bike, a boat — needs booking weeks ahead, so put the booking deadline in the Notes column.
