A general-purpose packing list: documents, a week of clothes, toiletries, tech, and the carry-on rules that decide what goes where. Print it and tick items off with a pen, download it for Excel or Google Sheets, or open it in the builder and make it yours.

Packing List FAQ

How do I use this packing list template?

Three ways, all free and without an account. Print it and check items off with a pen; download the CSV to open in Excel or Google Sheets; or open it in the builder to add, delete, and reorder rows before you print. Nothing you type is uploaded — the sheet lives in your browser.

What has to go in the carry-on rather than the checked bag?

Medication, travel documents, valuables, and anything you cannot replace at the destination. Spare lithium batteries and power banks must fly in the cabin, not in checked luggage — that is an airline safety rule, not a preference. Add one change of clothes if your bag going missing would ruin day one.

How many outfits should I pack?

Count the days, plan one top per day and one bottom per two or three days, then add one spare set. Anything past about five days is a laundry decision, not a packing decision: a detergent sheet and a sink beat a second suitcase.
