A Notion travel itinerary template with the activity as the card title and a Status column you can drag from To book to Booked. Download the CSV, then in Notion: Import → CSV creates a database — switch the Date property to a date type and Status to a select to unlock calendar and board views. Or print it, open it in Excel or Google Sheets, or tweak it in the builder first.

Why is Activity the first column?
Notion uses the first CSV column as the title property of each row, so the activity becomes the card name in board and calendar views. Keep whatever you want as the card title in column one.
How do I get a board view grouped by status?
After importing, click the Status property, change its type from Text to Select, then add a view → Board and group by Status. The To book / Booked / Idea values are already in the data.
How do I get a calendar view?
Change the Date property's type to Date. Notion needs a full date to parse it, so add the year to the example dates (4/10/2026 rather than 4/10) before or after importing, then add a view → Calendar.
