Printable Travel Itinerary Template (PDF) FAQ
How do I save it as a PDF instead of printing?
Click Print, then in the print dialog choose “Save as PDF” as the destination (Chrome and Edge) or the PDF menu at the bottom-left of the macOS dialog. On iPhone, use Share → Print and pinch open the preview to save or share it as a PDF.
Will it fit on one page?
About 25 rows fit on one Letter or A4 page at the default size. With six or more columns, switch the print dialog to landscape. Rows never split across pages.
Can I print blank rows to fill in by hand?
Yes — blank rows print as empty ruled cells, which is why the example leaves several. Open it in the builder and click “+ Add row” as many times as you need before printing.
