Group Trip Itinerary FAQ
How do we split the costs?
Put the per-person figure in the Cost / person column so nobody's surprised, then track who paid what in Splitwise or a shared note and settle up before anyone leaves — the Sunday “settle up” row is there on purpose.
How do I share the plan with the whole group?
Open it in the builder, edit it, and click “Share link”. The itinerary is encoded in the link itself — nothing is uploaded — so anyone in the group chat can open it, tweak it, and print their own copy.
What goes in the “Who's organizing” column?
One name per row. Not a committee, not “everyone” unless it really is everyone. A plan where one person owns each thing is the plan that actually happens.
