Business Trip Itinerary FAQ
Can I send this to an assistant or colleague?
Yes. Print / Save as PDF for a one-page copy, or “Copy for Google Sheets” and paste it into a shared sheet so they can edit it. Nothing on this site is uploaded anywhere, so sharing is up to you.
Where should I keep confirmation numbers?
In the Confirmation column, one per row: the airline record locator (the six-character code, not the ticket number), the hotel confirmation, the restaurant booking. Once printed, they're all in one place even with a dead phone.
Does the calendar export put meetings in my calendar?
Yes — every row with a time becomes a one-hour event. Open the sheet in the builder and set the start date first so the events land on your real travel dates, then export .ics and open it in Google Calendar, Outlook, or Apple Calendar.
